I represent my own Life Style and Wellness company, called Passion 4 Wholeness. I work out nutrition and exercise programs for people, do mountain bike workshops for beginner riders.

Achievements

My main achievements: Triathlon World Champion 1994, 7th World ranking: Triathlon Elites, 5th place in Mountain Long Distance World Championchips, Winner of Cape Epic ladies in 2005, Winner: Ladies Freedom Challenge 2007 and 3rd overall.
