Career Synopsis

Trail runner sponored by Montrail and CAPESTORM. Previously ran for fun, although of course I still do! Have worked for CAPESTORM since 2004 and before that in the UK in the horse racing industry.

Achievements

Part of winning mixed team at Cape Odyssey multi-stage trail race in 2007. 2nd in 2007 Peninsula Ultra Fun Run (PUFfeR). 2nd veteran in Cape Town Summer Trail Series 2008. Represented South Africa at World Duathlon World Championship in 2007. 9 times Comrades runner with best time of 7.26 (silver medal). Over 60 marathons or ultras since started running in 1996.
