DESCRIPTION:

From the exposed NE ridge of Everest to the tempestuous, windy heights of Patagonia's highest rock walls, the SPITFIRE has already proved itself to be a Soft Shell with a really tough attitude. Radically sculptured from a combination of ENTROPY 3-ply NAIL FACE and 3-ply BI STRETCH fabric, this jacket offers exceptional perfomance both in fit and function.

The entire garment incorporates a vapour permeable membrane to fend off snow, sleet and rainsqualls. Sleeves are ergonomically spliced for added reach and comfort, while the torso is cut looser and longer to accommodate a mid-layer. All zips are water-resistant. Pockets are located high to alleviate harness and pack-belt congestion.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Functionally the SPITFIRE is totally windproof, superbly insulated and principally waterproof (seams not sealed). The tough shell fabric is undoubtably the key differentiator in this garment and we believe the SPITFIRE SOFT SHELL is the archetypal armour of the modern outdoor gladiator.
