TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY.
- Competition runs from 7 November - 21 December 2011.
- To qualify, spend R800 or more per purchase and supply us with your name, contact number and email address.
- Garments displayed may vary depending on stock availability.
- Garments displayed are men's, but can be changed for the female version.
- Prizes are not transferable in whole
or in part & cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- The Rocky Mountain Soul 29 is only available in medium.
- CAPESTORM employees, agents, spouses/life partners and their parents and children are excluded from participation.
- Only one prize per winner.
- The advertiser reserves the right to use photographs of the winners for promotional / editorial purposes.
- Winners will be notified telephonically.
- Any entries received after the closure of the competition will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. CAPESTORM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
- Judges decision is final and no negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
- Any prize is accepted by a winner at his/her own risk and CAPESTORM and its affiliates are not liable, at any time, for any defect in the prizes.
- CAPESTORM reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against CAPESTORM and acknowledge that you will have no recourse or claim of any nature against CAPESTORM.
- If you win a prize, you hereby agree to;
1 the publishing or distribution of your name and details by CAPESTORM;
2 within reason and with prior notice and acceptance, the use your image in marketing material;
3 subject to your prior acceptance, participate in CAPESTORM's marketing activities;
without remuneration due to you from CAPESTORM.
- CAPESTORM will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the publication of your name, details and/or image and your participation in CAPESTORM's marketing activities.
- Subject to these terms and conditions, CAPESTORM will not disclose any of the participant's personal information to third parties without that participant's permission.
