This event promises to be a wonderful morning of trail running, socializing, fresh air and lots of fun. The trails have been laid out to cater for all runners regardless of age and fitness levels and will offer 3 trail options to accommodate serious runners, recreational runners as well as first time trail runners.
The Owl's Nest restaurant will be open to serve a basic breakfast after the run if you feel the need to refuel after all the effort. The beautiful venue also boasts a sparkling clear swimming pool for runners who want to cool off after the run as well as braai facilities for those who wish to linger a little longer in nature. There is also a BMX park, mountain biking trail and a jungle gym so make this a day for the whole family.
