PADDLING - CAPESTORM Evening Event
IS PADDLING YOUR PASSION, or ever thought of starting?
This exciting evening will include a host of topics on canoeing and surfskiing, with our special guest speakers sharing their experiences as International and Olympic medalists, and knowledge of different types of boats, paddles and correct set up.
Jasper Mocke and Julia Thomas, of Mocke Thomas Physiotherapy centre are specialists in treating paddling injuries and will be offering tips to prevent injuries and sharing some of their latest research.
