Dr Ross Tucker is the scientific editor of Runner's World Magazine and the sports management consultant for the South African Rugby Seven's squad. He is also co-author of the recently released Runner's World 'the Runner's Body: How the latest exercise science can help you run stronger, longer and faster' book.
Ross Tucker will be selling a limited number of signed copies of his book, The Runners Body, at the Capestorm workshop 19 January 2010.
The book will be sold for R150 (retail price R205). Regrettably, only cash can be accepted, and limited copies will be available
